Newest version worse than the last, if thats even possible. I cant load my friends page/feeds. It just says no posts are available. Sometimes if I refresh a few times they pop up... But I cant go back very far. I tried to look at old journals (from favorite friends who have long since abandoned LJ) and it said "no posts." Freaked out and got to my computer to make sure they hadnt been purged. Nope-- just a buggy app. Thanks for labeling the buttons at the bottom, though. That was actually an important accessibility issue and Im glad you listened.

A waste of time to even download this app as I cant even sign in! It says request cannot be processed at this time...but its said that for a week.

Nothing works in this app

Wont load any content, not even my own entries. Its been like this for weeks now, really would have expected it be fixed by now

For several weeks it told me there were no entries on my friends list, which was inaccurate. Eventually after pulling down to refresh, theyd show up. Then they stopped. Now for the last week it wont even allow me to sign in saying to try again later. Have deleted the app and will just open a browser window. The app wasnt great to begin with and made commenting nearly impossible. Just one more strike against LJ in recent years.

For three weeks the app wont load. I have to refresh at least thirty times for my friends page to show anything, and even that sometimes fails to work. Im stick with an error message that says that theres nothing for me to see. I contacted support over a week ago but of course I never heard anything back. What a disappointment, I guess lj really is on its deathbed over here in the US.

It doesnt open anything on the phone! You have to constantly renew a page, sometimes it does show up, sometimes it doesnt. Frustrating, grrr

LJ, please this app or remove from AppStore so people wont waste time on this

App crashes EVERY TIME I try to upload a pic. Then it cant find any of my stuff. I LOVE LJ. Ive been using it for 15 years. Can they really not make a decent app??? They need to hire someone to do an overhaul NOW.

Up until the last week the app has been great. The last several days it wont load any content. I cant post from it. Today I tried to uninstall/reinstall and now it doesnt work at all. I get the sign in page, try to sign in and get an error message saying try again later.

It does not load any content - keeps saying "The are no entries".

-As of late Oct. 2015, the app refuses to load. I uninstalled, reinstalled and attempted to sign in, unsuccessfully. This app is simply useless. - comments dont load; there just this little arrow symbol - when it loads it takes you to LJs popular sites, not your flist, and you cant opt out of that - no user pic options - no formatting options Stay with the old version if you can. It worked reasonably well. I would love to move elsewhere if I could. LJ is making a determined effort to drive us all away.

I can only access LJ from a computer. The app is terrible. Hire a new developer! You cant see your own posts, your friends posts, your profile, or anything. I also get weird errors. Im running iOS 9 on an iPhone 6S. The issue is the app and the developer. Get a new developer.

Problem with images and polls is that they either load very slowly or do not load at all. Images and polls load perfectly in the browser though

Works fine aside from the userpic bug. And if you really need to get all your icons current on your phone you can always delete and reinstall the app, which you should do with your social media apps from time to time anyway to keep them from hogging memory.

Currently it shows my name and icon but tells me my username doesnt exist. It did this afternoon..

Theres no area to edit the date and time of journal entries!! And I hate the way the app looks. Very disappointing because its hard to post using the phone browser I thought the app would be better but its not, please redo this entire app for I am a livejournal user for over 9 years :(

Livejournal is better than tumblr when it comes to reading anything but every time I leave the app to answer a phone call, respond to a text, put on music, etc, it refreshes. Every single time. I have to find whatever it was I was reading all over again and more often than not give up because I tend to just browse writers for my fandom. So I dont always even know who the author is. All I know is that I use mobile the most and this is the only fiction site with an app, but its as glitchy as the tumblr app and Im getting mad.
