This app gets worse after every update!

It says "There is no entries in this journal" when I open the app. Come on, can livejournal not even get the English language right? And where are my entries??? I have over 700. Its impossible to change your user pic on the app and instead you need to do it from a computer. Lame. Please get it together LJ, most people are using their phones to access their account. Get with the times! One more pet peeve- I load a photo with almost every journal entry and those didnt appear when the app last functioned properly. Sigh.

Consistently says there are no entires on my friends feed and most of the time it wont post my comments. Come on Livejournal! Fix your mobile app!

The app barely functions. I can open it and that is it. The majority of the time is says no entries. On the rare occasion it show entries, it doesnt let you comment or message other users. This app is a waste of space.

I love LJ. Theres not a day that goes by without me not using it, and its very vexing to have the official app be, quite literally, useless. It wont load content, it will freeze, it will crash, and it will tell you, promptly, like a dozen times that there is no content or will give you a blank screen. Come on guys. You can do better.

The app is not loading the friends feed. Top feed loads about 30%. No app is better than this.

I downloaded this app and I expected it to be really good, not to mention do its job. It doesnt to anything; nothing loads I tried to upload an entry multiple times and it wont go through I cant even view other peoples entires. Its a disappointment.

The app has gone from functional to absolutely useless. The IOS update doesnt work with this version anymore. Nothing loads. The network doesnt load or connect anymore and I literally have to hit post/save on a post like 50 times before itll post. This isnt working anymore. My friend and I write stories on this and you definitely need to fix this horrid thing before you lose more support from users.

I take away my last review to write this one... Everything the user "ObstacleB" wrote, I concur. Please fix these things!!!

Dear LJ, Ive been using your site since the early 2000s. Ive made many excellent friends there who I still keep up with today. Some of us still keep in touch primarily through LJ. Your phone app, however, is barely functional. I have to attempt to load pages many times over before theyll actually load. Some days I cant get the app to load at all. PLEASE update this app so its functional. Thank you, Frustrated

Its working even more poorly than it used to, and no updates. Often it wont even load my friends feed.

I am changing my review from okay to terrible. None of my posts show up. Sometimes I cant even post. This app needs some MAJOR improvements. I hope they update it soon...

Your website is the most difficult site Ive ever tried to navigate and your app doesnt work 75% of the time. I think you need to find new people to design your stuff.

This app seriously needs to be updated and fixed. It never loads anything. Ever. I write poems daily on Livejournal and I have found myself having to sign on through Safari to write since this app is not functional. What a shame, I really love this app when it worked properly.

Simply doesnt work: Randomly popup error messages To open any post I need to click on it like 50 times, its just open blank post and I have to go back and click on post again many times to finally see content. For now only one star until you fix this issues

For more than 2 weeks I see "no entries" when I open this app. Sometimes it helps to refresh the page 10 times and then you get to see your friends feed. But when you scroll to the bottom of the page, you cant refresh. I understand that its a free app, but it should be working. If its not supported anymore then please write it in iTunes Store and dont let anybody else to download non-working stuff.

Please update the app to work with the new iOS. Its impossible to use as it is. Thank you.

This new version is the worst. LJ team please fix the fact that you seem to not be connecting to the server and say I have no entries... And my friends have no entries, no one in LJ has entries. I was so stoked to have this on my phone..

This is a frustrating app. The benefit is that it has better features than the mobile site, which is ugly and doesnt show any of the emphasis the writer might have put on any words. The app is glitchy and buggy though--I constantly open it to find an empty page that says pull to refresh--but it takes 4, 5, 6, 7, and more tries before anything is displayed. Deleting the app and reinstalling it has meant that I cant log in--I get the message "something went wrong, try again later." The app has potential, if theyd just fix it.

App always crashes. Very unreliable.
